Jihada Brown is a mixed media painter known for her figurative expressionism and signature palette of black, white, and gold. Working primarily in acrylic on paper, she celebrates the beauty of Blackness and life’s everyday moments. Originally from Ocala, Florida, and now based in San Antonio, Jihada’s art pieces are held in private collections. A highlight of her career is serving as an elementary school art director, inspiring young artists to find their creative voice.
