Wardell Picquet, originally from New Orleans, has been based in San Antonio since 2005. Wardell is a fine artist, graphic designer, illustrator, and teacher whose work explores color, pattern, texture, and the human form. A graduate of Xavier University in Louisiana, he studied under renowned artist John T. Scott. With a passion for blending drawing, painting, mixed media, and sculpture, Wardell continues his quest to unify his diverse artistic disciplines into a cohesive, compelling vision.
