Roberta “Nina” Hassele, a Brooklyn-raised, Texas-based curator and arts advocate, has dedicated over twenty years to championing San Antonio’s vibrant art scene. From volunteering and fundraising to curating local and traveling exhibitions, she tirelessly supports artists and institutions. Inspired by New York’s museums as a child, she now works to elevate San Antonio’s creative community. Nina has served as Executive Director of Contemporary Art Month San Antonio since 2011, expanding opportunities for local artists in San Antonio and beyond.
