The Visions We Manifest | Opening Exhibition

The Beacon at Midtown Gallery proudly presents: The Visions We Manifest” exhibition, highlighting the perspectives of next-generation artists. These artists express their current experiences through contemporary lens and simultaneously manifest their future as they navigate and honor former legacies and traditions.

The participating artists are: Priscilla Bermejo, Amira Churchwell, Deja Coleman, Kwanzaa Edwards, Kataleena Garrett, Gakwaya Gisa, Josiah Harris, Symone Harvey, Anathalia Jolie, Candice Parker, Michael Patterson, Katelyn Powell, and Gary Young, these artists utilize drawing, mixed media, paint, sculpture or other materials to explore how art can be used to expressively reimagine their stories, experiences and unique perspectives.

The opening reception will feature music by Dj MESE
