Churchwell’s practice centers on presence, individuality, and storytelling, inviting audiences to reflect on the rhythms of everyday life. Her artistic journey began early with publication in A Celebration of Poets at age 10, and she later earned national recognition as a Scholastic Silver Key medalist in 2023 for her multimedia textile-based portfolio.
